The Office for Student Affairs invites all Student Welfare and Development Coordinators and Committee Members, Student Council and Student Organization Advisers and Co-Advisers to the 1st Thomasian GUIA for Academic Year 2026–2027, happening tomorrow, October 14, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the UST Central Laboratory Auditorium.

Anchored on the theme “Accompanying the Journey: A Guide to the Thomasian Way of Formation,” this gathering brings together our University's co-formators for a meaningful opportunity to reflect on their shared responsibility in guiding, mentoring, and accompanying Thomasians throughout their journey of personal growth, leadership, and service.

We are honored to welcome Rev. Fr. Jayson R. Gonzales, O.P., Assistant to the Vice-Rector for Religious Affairs and Assistant Regent of the Faculty of Arts and Letters, who will lead a session on the Thomasian Way of Formation, drawing from the University's Catholic and Dominican identity and its enduring commitment to the holistic development of every Thomasian.

The 1st Thomasian GUIA will be followed by a focused session for SWD Coordinators and Committee Members, rescheduled to October 21, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the 4/F UST-Tan Yan Kee Student Center Audio-Visual Room.

Together, let us continue strengthening a culture of accompaniment and formation, recognizing that the Thomasian journey is one we guide, nurture, and walk together.
