As part of the “Position Specific Training” activities for Academic Year 2025-2026 organized by the Office for Student Affairs in coordination with Central Student Council and Student Organizations Coordinating Council, we would like to request that you kindly ensure the on-site full participation of your student organization’s/council’s Public Relations Officer to the:

PRISM: The League of PROs

on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p..m.

(On-site registration starts at 9:30 a.m.)

at the 8/F Central Laboratory Auditorium, University of Santo Tomas

If the P.R.O. is not available due to any academic-related concerns, the invited officer may send a representative provided that the substitute is from the same team. (e.g. P.R.O.'s substitute: Asst. P.R.O. or EC/EA of the P.R.O.)

Participants are reminded to fill out the electronic evaluation form for each activity, as this also serves as attendance. We reiterate that you encode the correct spelling of your name since it will be the reference on the system-generated E-Certificate of Participation/Completion.
