The Office for Student Affairs remains steadfast in supporting developmental programs for our organization advisers. Designed to guide them in fulfilling their duties and functions, the Office supports them in recognizing their contributions to student organizations and in fostering continuous student engagement and development.

As we continue to sustain a vibrant campus life, and in order to establish a responsible and positive public presence in fulfilling the Thomasian Identity, we extend our invitation for you to attend the: THOMASIAN GUIA: 2nd General Assembly of Organization Advisers for A.Y. 2024-2025 with the theme: “Reflecting, Recognizing, and Recharging” on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. via Zoom Kindly complete the Pre-Registration form on or before Monday, July 14, 2025, 3:00 p.m. through the following link: https://forms.gle/5wRSac8UxqFYxfbx9

Participants are reminded to fill-out the electronic evaluation form after the program as this also serves as attendance. We reiterate that you encode the correct spelling of your name since it will be the reference of the system-generated E-Certificate of Participation/Completion.
