As part of the Office’s activities for San Lorenzo Ruiz and San Martin de Porres - Internal scholars this Academic Year 2025-2026, we would like to invite you to the 

 

San Lorenzo Ruiz and San Martin de Porres - Internal Scholars Off-Campus Activity 

(1st Term A.Y. 2025-2026)

on Thursday, November 27, 2025, 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p..m.

In-Campus: 3/F Engineering Conference Hall, Roque Ruano Building, UST

Off-Campus: Food Club, Your Lifestyle Buffet, 2/F Fisher Mall, Quezon City

 

All San Lorenzo Ruiz and San Martin de Porres - Internal Scholars are highly encouraged to attend both the in-campus and off-campus activity. In order to join the off-campus activity, you must attend the in-campus activity first.

 

Kindly accomplish the pre-registration form (with notarized and signed parental consent form and valid medical certificate) via the link below on or before Monday, November 17, 2025, 12:00 n.n.

As indicated in the Scholarship Agreement Form Section 6, clause b;

“For the retention of the scholarship, you must comply with the following requirements every term:

b.) Actively participate in all scholars’ activities”

 

Participants are reminded to fill out the electronic evaluation form for each activity, as this also serves as attendance. We reiterate that you encode the correct spelling of your name since it will be the reference on the system-generated E-Certificate of Participation/Completion and excuse letters.
