To better serve the Thomasian community, the Office for Student Affairs (OSA) shares its official directory and designated communication channels for student concerns, inquiries, requests, and institutional coordination.
Members of the Thomasian community are encouraged to direct their correspondence to the appropriate OSA office or unit indicated in the directory. Using the designated email addresses will help ensure that concerns and requests are properly received, referred, and attended to by the personnel or unit concerned.
For general inquiries and partnerships, you may reach the Office for Student Affairs through osa@ust.edu.ph. Specific concerns regarding scholarships, student formation, student organizations, and budget and finance may be coursed through their respective official email addresses indicated in the directory.
