As part of the activities and trainings for our student-athletes this Academic Year 2025–2026, the UST Office for Student Affairs, in coordination with the UST Institute of Physical Education and Athletics, invites you to participate in the:
Fast Break Series: Thomasian Athletes’ General Assembly for A.Y. 2025–2026
With the theme: “Calming the Storm: Mental Health Wellness and Stress Management for Athletes”
